The following delivery terms apply to private and business customer orders with place of delivery "Germany", conditional upon other agreements.Shipment
The shipment is climate-neutral and will be made by DHL from Gottmadingen (Germany). We also deliver to your DHL Packstation or post office.
Bulk /general cargo will be delivered by our logistics partner Lamprecht or its partner companies.Shipping Costs
The flat rate shipping fee is EUR 4,90, shipping is free for orders over 150,00 EUR in merchandise value. Deliveries to the German islands do not incur an additional charge.VAT

Delivery time varies between 1 and 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).Information regarding the calculation of the delivery deadline:
In the case of prepayment, delivery time starts the day after the bank has received your payment authorization. For all other payment methods, delivery time starts the day after signing the contract and ends on the last day of the delivery deadline. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or a generally recognized holiday at the place of delivery, the delivery deadlines moves to the next business day.

- Pre-payment to our account in Germany
We will send you our account details via e-mail with the order confirmation. As soon as we have received your payment, we will dispatch your order. - Invoice
We will send you an invoice with the shipment. The invoice amount is payable without deductions within 14 days (private customers) or 30 days (business customers). We reserve the right to request pre-payment when it comes to first-time or large-value orders. We will then send you an invoice for pre-payment. This will also be enforced in case of larger outstanding balances. In certain cases, for justifiable reasons, such as a credit check, to reduce credit and default risks, to combat abuse or collect outstanding bills, we transmit your data to a credit information institute and receive the necessary data from the providers.
