Delivery Terms - Delivery Address: Luxembourg

Area of application

The following delivery terms apply to private and business customer orders with place of delivery "Luxembourg", conditional upon other agreements.

Shipment

Shipping will be carried out from Germany. The delivery in Luxembourg will be carried out by Post Luxembourg or by DHL.

Shipping Costs

There is a flat rate for shipping and handling of EUR 6,50.

VAT

All shop prices include VAT. As a business outside of Germany, you will receive a tax free intracommunity delivery. In order to receive this, you must provide us with your tax-id number while placing your order.

Delivery time

Delivery time varies between 2 and 6 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Information regarding the calculation of the delivery deadline:
In the case of prepayment, delivery time starts the day after the bank has received your payment authorization. For all other payment methods, delivery time starts the day after signing the contract and ends on the last day of the delivery deadline. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or a generally recognized holiday at the place of delivery, the delivery deadlines moves to the next business day.

Payment

• Pre-payment to our account in Germany
  We will send you our account details via e-mail with the order confirmation. As soon as we have received your payment, we will dispatch your order.


• Invoice
  We will send you an invoice with the shipment. The full invoice amount is due within 30 days. We deliver on account only to public institutions (schools, museums, universities, etc.), government agencies and well known companies. We reserve the right to request pre-payment from companies unknown to us or for very large orders. In certain cases, for justifiable reasons, such as a credit check, to reduce credit and default risks, to combat abuse or collect outstanding bills, we transmit your data to a credit information institute and receive the necessary data from the providers.   Payment will be completed at the end of the order over a secure connection. Please note that your credit or debit card company might charge an additional international service fee since our company is located in Germany.

  You pay your order via Apple Pay. This payment option will only appear if you have already set up Apple Pay.


• Google Pay
  
  
  You pay for your order via Google Pay.

The PCI DSS certificate attests that supermagnete.de meets the high security requirements of the payment card industry.

Minimum order

The minimum order amount is EUR 20,00 (including VAT, not including shipping costs).

Export of neodymium magnets

Please note that the export of neodymium magnets to the US, Canada and Japan may be subject to patent restrictions. We recommend that you clarify the legal aspects before exporting to these countries.
