Magnetic glasses by silwy

The selection of silwy magnetic glasses in our online shop is large: We carry silwy glasses for wine, champagne, sparkling wine, beer, long drinks and cocktails, whiskey, shots and other spirits. Those looking for elegance will find the silwy magnetic crystal glasses interesting. Perfect for wild garden parties, on the other hand, are the silwy magnetic plastic glasses with a facet cut.

How the magnetic glasses work

The magnetic crystal glasses are made of scratch-resistant and sturdy Tritan^TM crystal glass and the magnetic plastic glasses are made of scratch-resistant, shatterproof and BPA-free plastic. A neodymium disc magnet is discreetly integrated into the bottom or the base of the silwy magnetic glasses. Because of this magnet, the glasses will adhere to ferromagnetic surfaces. This includes surfaces made of metal or iron. If no ferromagnetic surface is available, the included leather-look metal-nano-gel-pad can be used instead. This metal-nano-gel-pad serves as a coaster and is also a self-adhering surface for magnets. Thanks to the gel layer on the back, the pad is non-slip and sticks to slightly textured, uneven and sloping surfaces. When you set the silwy magnetic glass down on the metal-nano-gel-pad, it will stick to the coaster. Thanks to this magnetic invention by silwy, tipped over glasses on moving or uneven surfaces are a thing of the past.

Magnetic glasses from silwy: Perfect for camping and boating

The non-breakable magnetic glasses are perfect for camping in your caravan, motorhome or campervan.

While you are driving, the glasses on the metal-nano-gel-pads brave the perils of winding and bumpy roads. They will stay on the table and only spill their contents if the glass is overly full. The driver can also enjoy a beverage, as the magnetic drinking cups by silwy can be closed with a lid with a straw opening. Simply attach the coaster to the dashboard or armrest, and your drink will always be within reach.

At the campsite, the magnetic glasses and drinking cups are practical too, because they adhere to the ferromagnetic surfaces of campervans and motorhomes as if by magic; or together with the metal-nano-gel-pad, they can be placed on rocks, park benches and other uneven surfaces.

Make full use of the space in your kitchen cupboards by utilising the silwy metal strip self-adhesive 25 cm or the silwy metal strip self-adhesive 50 cm to attach the magnetic glasses upside down to the shelves. It’s a good way to fill the shelves on the top as well as the underside.

What works for motorhome travels also works for boating in choppy waters or jolty train journeys. The metal-nano-gel-pads are particularly useful as ferromagnetic coasters on small or narrow surfaces.

Versatile self-adhering surfaces – silwy metal-nano-gel-pads

With the flexible metallic nano-pads from silwy, hanging posters, photos, pictures, flipchart paper, dishtowels or towels without the hassle of drilling or glueing is no longer a problem. The silwy metal-nano-gel-pads are self-adhering, thanks to the gel layer on the back. This allows you to create self-adhering surfaces for magnets on smooth or slightly textured surfaces.

Embellish smooth bathroom and kitchen walls or a mirror face by mounting the silwy metal-nano-gel-pads Ø 5.0 cm, for example, and attaching postcards, photos, shopping lists or notes with cute refrigerator magnets.

Kitchens often don’t have pre-installed options for hanging towels and kitchen towels. Drilling into kitchen cupboards, ceramic countertops or the glass panel splashback to mount hooks is not a satisfactory solution. With the silwy metal-nano-gel-pad Ø 6.5 cm with hook magnet 'Clever', you can hang dishtowels and smaller towels weighing up to 300 grams; while the silwy metal-nano-gel-pad Ø 6.5 cm with rotating hook magnet 'The One' is suitable to hang larger towels or other objects with a weight of up to 500 grams.

Children’s birthdays call for colourful garlands, and many times the question arises of how to hang these garlands without much effort.
